      Hi Amparo 🙂 Thanks very much for watching ! You'll love the recipe. That mixer is a Cuisinart brand mixer. It looks like a Kitchen Aid mixer but is not as powerful. If you are looking for a stand mixer, go with KitchenAid.

      Hello, it is with forced fan OFF. I really try to do it this way as 99% of my viewers do *not* own force fan ovens. In North America they are a lot more expensive than a regular oven that doesn't have the convection option ( forced fan ) Thanks so much for watching ! 😊

      99% of my viewers do *not* know how to temper chocolate, it's *not* an easy thing to accomplish, so from time to time I will just use non-tempered chocolate so viewers know that they can also create what I did on the video. If you have watched most of numerous chocolate videos, you'll notice that I do indeed temper my chocolate, and I have videos on how to do this, both by hand and with chocolate machines.     I came here seeking help... I made fudge last night...mine didn't set and I see where I went wrong. On mine there was no mention of boiling time. If mine didn't set. (Took screenshot off line. Can I save this by putting back into pot or do I need to start over.. Thanks! Yours is identical to the one I did..except it was a cup of PB. Wished I'd have seen this first!

      You can indeed save it by boiling it a bit longer, I'm going to guess it was the amount of time that you boiled yours. I can't really comment more than that as you used a different recipe and used a cup of peanut butter. I used 3/4 cup peanut butter so it does changes things as your will have a lot more moisture vs my recipe, so boiling would be longer. If you do try it again in future I hope you have success.

      Hi Lightning Cat ! Pickling spice is nothing more than allspice, bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, ginger, mustard seeds, and peppercorns. You can buy little packages of these in most if not all grocery stores. I hope this helps ! Thanks so much for watching ! 😊

    Is Kosher salt ok for pickling?

      Yes you can use it, but you'll need slightly more. One thing to know about is that if the Kosher salt you use has an "anti-caking" agent added to it, it can cause your pickle juice to become cloudy, so look for a Kosher salt that does not contain an anti-caking agent. In reality, these are quick pickles so I don't think any of this is super important, try it out, and have fun. Thanks for watching.

      Hi Mark..Sweet refrigerator Pickles… 6 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (pickling cucs)… 1 cup chopped onion…1 cup chopped green pepper…Spread all ingredients onto jelly roll pan and sprinkle 2 TLB. Salt…let stand for 3hours , then drain. Then Sprinkle with 2tsp. Celery seed. Put into glass jars. Make brine…2 cups sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool. Pour over pickles. Ready to eat in a few days. Enjoy! 💕💃🏻

So you are basically sweating those onions / green peppers, this will sort of remove that moisture from them, and then that pickling juice is what replaces that moisture, so way more flavour.     I followed the instructions precisely. My wick keeps burning up within 10-15 sec even after I started over and soaked in wax first. Any thoughts/tips? Appreciate any help

    I've made this with 500 g whipping cream 35% fat content, a can of sweetened condensed milk weighing 370 g or 10 fl. oz/a bit less than 300 ml and the vanilla. I put half of that in a tub and sprinkled it with chopped roasted almond and gave it a twist. I added some powdered cocoa to the rest and roasted chopped hazelnuts and poured it on top to fill the tub. I sprinkled the leftover nuts over it. When I took it out of the freezer it was indeed quite hard. I waited like 15 to 20 min before serving. Oh dear, it was scrumptious. So, thanks for the idea. It's so much easier to mix it all together than whip the cream first and then fold in the condensed milk. The lemony version with zest and juice is wicked too. I really appreciate the way you explain your recipes. Hi from Spain.

    My whoopie pan is bigger with 6 slots. So this recipe made 1 dozen, used 3 scoops of dough for the 12 minutes turned out perfect. Will be my go to cookie. My husband is a cookie monster. Easy and quick So glad I ran across this recipe.
